He is cherished by his four children—Anylis (Misael) Rodriguez Manya, Estherlis (Ricardo) Moreira, Luis Enrique Cirilo, and Ramon Luis (Tiffany) Cirilo—whose lives he shaped with compassion, encouragement, and gentle guidance. His legacy continues through his six beloved grandchildren—Veronica (Jacquis) Rolon, Gary Rolon, Mialis T. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Enrique Cirilo and Ana M. Alvarez, whose memory he honored and his stepbrother Jose Enrique Cirilo.
A proud United States Army veteran, Luis honorably served his country during the Vietnam War, embodying courage and selflessness. After his military service, Luis dedicated himself to a long and respected career as an automotive mechanic, earning the trust and admiration of friends and neighbors in Puerto Rico and Rochester, New York. He eventually retired in Florida, where he continued to offer kindness, wisdom, and a helping hand to everyone around him.
Family was at the heart of everything Luis did. He cherished his time with his loved ones, his loyal dog Misty, and the many friends who became family along the way. Luis's gentle spirit, loving heart, and infectious optimism will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be a guiding light for all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A visitation will be held on October 4, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, located at 2323 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511, United States.
