She is survived by her children, C.W. Thomas, Dee Chafin and Mary Jane Buchanan; as well as seven grandchildren and 14 great-granchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2016 at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon, Florida. Services will also be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Thorton officiating. Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida alongside her husband, Charles S. Bryant, who served in the U.S. Navy During WWII.
