Matthew Chiarenza

Our amazing and talented son Matthew Lawrence Chiarenza born July 7, 1997, tragically passed away in a single car accident on July 25, 2022. He has left behind a loving mother Pearl, Father Charles, brother Nathaniel and beautiful girlfriend Brittanee as well as her daughter Evey (3) who he adored dearly.

Matt loved his family immensely, had a love for animals especially his dogs Rico and Chloe, always had a smile on his face, quick to crack a joke, was fun to be around, always had his friends back, had a joy for kids and could talk your ear off over sushi. Matt’s passion for football could be seen and heard every chance he was on the field with the resounding sound of the hits you could hear in the stands he gave his competition.

He is also survived by his Grandmother Cathy Knapp, Great Grandmother Barbara, Aunts Amy, Melissa, Cathy, Carmel, Rose, Shirley, Linda, Jean, Florence, Luann, Jeanne, Mae, Marie, and Betsy, Uncles John, Milo, Bill, Bruce, Tom, Joe, Lou, Tony, Jack, Jim, Dave, and Joe G, many cousins and predeceased by his Mimi Jenny Chiarenza, Popi Larry Chiarenza, Great Grandmother Anne Great-Grandpa Knappy and William, and Tony Uncles Larry, Robert, Dario, Guido, Mario, Charlie, Vince, Tony C, Tony M, Frank, and Steve Aunts Olga, Esther, Grace, Carol, Florence, Mae.
