SMEDLEY, Michele Atwell, 66, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Seffner. She was a dedicated Teacher for 24 years at Cork and Bailey Elementary Schools. Michele loved cooking and was a very talented seamstress. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Michele is survived by her husband of 43 years, Mark Smedley, her children, Bill Smedley, and Jennifer Potash (Christopher), a grandson, Drew and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016, 6 pm, at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the MDS Foundation at www.mds-foundation.org/donate/ in her name.
