Nellie Jane LaVergne, 84, went to be with the Lord April 12, 2015. A longtime member of the Church of Christ, Nellie was known as a true cat person often feeding the neighbors cats as well as her own. Preceded in death by her husband Red LaVergne, Nellie is survived by her children; John Shubert and Amy Felaire, son-in-law David Felaire, brother Bill Harvey and sister-in-law Mae Harvey, sister Ruth Naff, nieces Linda and Glenda Jaudon as well as many grandchildren and loving family members and friends.
