GAY, Norman B. Sr., 81, of Tampa, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017. He was a Veteran of the US Army and loved camping, the outdoors and traveling. Norman was interested in history and was always doing crossword puzzles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Broward and Ada Gay; and is survived by his wife of 57 years, Louise Gay; his children, Harold Diehl (Carmen), Norman Gay Jr. (Sandy), Ruth McGhin (Roy), Carl Gay, and Brenda Sullivan (Mike); brothers, Kenneth Gay Sr. (Reba), Eddie Gay (Wanda), and Dennis Gay (Linda); sisters, Lillian Conner, Daisy Gay ( Deceased) Audrey Conner and Carole France (Bob); grandchildren, Shawn, Chris, Randi, Zachary, Nicolette, Jeremiah, Ella and Iliana; great-grandchildren, Kylee, Beau and Avery, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 8 from 6 to 8 pm at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon. A graveside service with military honors will be on Friday, June 9, 2017, 10 am, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
