She is survived by her loving husband John Houser, her sisters Deborah (Ron) Reed, Janet (Marvin) Merk and Vivan (Lyle) Andrews-Burke; her children: Martin (Lisa) Brown, Sharon Brown, Dianne Brown-Davies; her step children: John Houser Jr., Tom Houser and Amy (Steve Ricciuti) Houser, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Gertrude Andrews and her son Michael.
On the evening of Phyllis's passing, the sky turned a gorgeous flamingo pink. All who had been showered with her ever present love, her laughter, and thoughtful ways smiled wistfully- knowing she was being welcomed home, knowing how much she would be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 between 1pm-5pm. at 13104 Heata Place, Riverview, FL 33579.
