Scott Zafra

In memory of Sander “Scott” Zafra, aged 62, who has passed away on Wednesday, August 21st at his home in Lakeland, we celebrate a life well-lived. Born in Washington DC on August 16, 1962 to Claire Holden & Urbano Sander Zafra. Scott was a retired journeyman who embraced every moment with his family & friends, enjoying life to the fullest.

Cherished father, beloved brother, adored uncle, endearing lover & loyal friend to many, Scott could always be counted on to lend his compassion for those who found themselves in need. With music flowing through his veins, he reveled in live performances & took on life like a rockstar. He was a devoted Bucs fan, a wrestling enthusiast & appreciated all things NASCAR. He took much pleasure in fishing trips & being at the beach, where he felt most at home under the sun & in the sand.

Above all else, Scott lived for his loved ones & treasured the bonds he held close to his heart. His memory will echo like a timeless chorus, so may we awake each morning with those notes forever singing to our hearts.
