Susan J. Carlson (Wynn), 69, of Dover, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. Susan is survived by her son and his wife; Danny and Alison Wynn (Cassel), his two children; Matthew and Kobey Wynn, and her brother; Donny Wozniak. She is preceded in death by her husband; Daniel Wynn, her son Matthew Wynn, and her parents; Bernard and Gladys Wozniak (McKinnon).
Susan was born in Irvington, New Jersey and grew up in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. She graduated from Jefferson Township High School in Oak Ridge, NJ. She married the love of her life, and they moved to Florida with their son in 1972.
Susan worked as a Medical Bill Review manager for CorVel until she retired in December of 2018. She was passionate about her family and animals; she adored her puppies. She is survived by her two long-haired chihuahuas; Peanut and Bear.
Susan was a resilient, stubborn, loving, caring and amazing person; with unbelievable strength. She will be sorely missed by so many.
A celebration of Susan’s life will take place at 4pm on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon; family will receive guests at 3pm.
