WATERS, Suzanne, 62, entered into rest August 19, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hester Waters and siblings, Sarah and Billy Waters. Suzanne is survived by her daughter, Christina Snead and her significant other, Danny Fox; life partner, Jim Donnelly; brother, Bobby Waters and his wife, Kathy; sister, Bettye Smith and her husband, Jim; grandchildren, Caitlyn Souder, Daniel Fox and Justin Fox; and nieces Kelly and Cylena. The family will hold a private funeral service and asks for donations in her memory to the American Heart Association in lieu of flowers. Suzanne will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but will live on in their hearts and memories.
