Terry Frank Justice

Terry Frank Justice, 68, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. Terry is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Diane Justice; his daughters, Melissa Justice and Jessica Ramos and son, Israel Justice. He has several amazing grandchildren; Kayla and Melanie Thomasson, Maggie, Jude and Jonah Ramos, and Eli and Micah Justice. Terry was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Hillsborough High School. After High School, he attended Hillsborough Community College and later, USF where he was an Art major. In his youth, Terry was an amateur boxer, artist and musician. Terry would go on to be an inventor where he would work in the fields of science and technology with inventions such as The Test Tube Baby and The Generic Computer as well as many more. After achieving success as an inventor he would go on to become a photographer where he specialized in black and white photography and many of his works would be displayed around the world. Eventually he would go back to one of his first loves, music, and travel to Nashville to record with musician and producer Steve Hornbeak to record and release his album “Walking on Mercury” dedicated to his wife Diane which would receive international acclaim. In his personal life he enjoyed working in his yard where he created his personal oasis and taking care of his many animals including his koi fish, ants and his bird Lucille. He even had names for some of his favorite lizards in the yard. Of all the many things he accomplished, he was most proud to be a husband, a father, a mentor, a counselor, and Papa to his 8 grandchildren. He loved his family beyond measure. Mostly, he loved the Lord and was the spiritual leader of our family. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 5-8pm on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon; a funeral service will follow at 11am on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
