Angelo Antonio Recine

Surrounded by his loving family on Saturday July 6, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Agnese Recine. Loving father of Massimo and Susan Recine, Anna and Luigi Ligori, John and Lisa Recine, Louisa and Scott Partridge all of Brantford. Loving nono of Mike and Jenn Recine, Mark and Erin Recine, Stefanie Ligori (Gregg Erauw), Laura Ligori (Ostap Shchurko), Jennifer and Ryan Barton, Katrina Slade (Matt Ferguson) and Courtney Slade, Brandon and Tasha Partridge. Great grampa to Hayden and Avery Recine, Alexandra and Reese Barton. Brother of the late Giovanna and Luigi Petricca, Rosina and the late Luigi Trecapelli, Angelina and the late Rocco DeGrandis, Maria and the late Cesare Quattrociocchi, the late Antonio (Tony) Recine and brother-in-law of Lucy Recine. Uncle to many nieces and nephews, predeceased by his parents Antonino ond Ottavia Recine. Angelo was a long time dedicated employee of the BHNCDSB. Special thanks to the staff of Park Lane Terrace for all the care and support they have given our father.

The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel” 96 West Street on Monday July 8th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Tuesday July 9th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church, 9 Waverly Street on Wednesday July 10, 2013 at 10:00 am. Entombment at Our Lady of the Assumption Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lansdowne Children Centre or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
