Bradley Callum Moffat

Callum passed away suddenly at his home in Brampton, on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Bradley Callum Moffat was 29 years old. Callum is survived by his Mother, Nancy Moffat and Stepfather, Frank Cianfarani, Father, Bradley Moffat, Brothers, Loyd Martin (Robyn Hopkins), Keith Moffat and Will Moffat, Niece Victoria Delesie, his partner Samantha Newfield and Daughters Amber, Dana and Kim Kim. Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Callum’s friends he considered family will also miss him terribly. Visitation will be held at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West St., Brantford, on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 7pm-9pm and Saturday, July 1st, 2017 from 12pm until the time of Callum’s Funeral Service to celebrate his life at 1pm. Reception to follow at Moose Family Lodge, 145 West St., Brantford, where there will be a limited cash bar and catering will be provided and supplemented by family and friends offering a family feel to Callum’s celebration of life.
