Found memories of our time working at participation house. Debbie was a lovely, warm,friendly,fun loving genuine person who I admired and proud to say I knew her, my condolences to Dena.

I'm so sad to hear of Deb's passing. We worked together many years ago as clinical educators at LHSC  and I will never forget the  kindness and compassion she exhibited to all. She will be missed and my thoughts are with you at this very difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Deb's passing.  Deb was a wonderfully supportive colleague as I worked alongside her as a Clinical Educator at University Hospital. Dear Dena and family, On behalf of Randall and myself, I'm sending our sincere sympathies to you in the loss of Deb Wolski, our friend and nursing colleague. Along with many other nurses, Randall worked with Deb in the ICU at University Hospital in the mid 80s while I worked in the OR. Deb attended our wedding in 1987. She was always thoughtful. Deb acknowledged both of our daughters when they were born and then always asked with a genuine interest about how they were doing as they were growing up. Later on in the years, when Deb and I were both in Clinical Educator roles at the same time, I was witness to Deb being a knowledgeable and lighthearted teacher. She always had a great sense of humour. In the last few years, we were able to stay connected via Facebook. Deb was such a good person, a considerate friend and an excellent nurse. She had such compassion and  was so caring. Deb will be missed by many friends, colleagues, fellow nurses, and patients..... Rest in Peace, Deb.

Dear Dena and family,

My sincere sympathy and assurance of prayers to all of you upon the death of Deb.
It is so easy to take the priceless gift of friendship for granted.
Deb was  true, faithful and concerned for so many and  always  there for: her family, colleagues, patients and friends.

To Debs family and friends, please accept my condolences. Deb and I worked together at LHSC. She was always kind and very supportive. When I was faced with a work related challenge Deb wrote me the most encouraging letter for which I was very grateful. I still have it after 8 years. I know Deb will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Take comfort in knowing what a truly amazing woman she was.

I had the honour of working with Debbie in the Cardiac Care program  at University Hospital . She was a leader in the program,  always welcoming new people and never missed a teaching opportunity.  I believe Debbie faced her own health challenges and those of her patients with dedication and pride. Another Nurse Angel has found her way to heaven.

I worked with Deb at UH. I remember her kindness when I was ill and she brought me a thoughtful bag of individually wrapped gifts for me to open each day to cheer me up. I will never forget her thoughtfulness and kindness. She was kind to everyone and compassionate.

I grew up on the same street with Debbie.   We had mutual friends on the same street and we sometimes hung out together.   I remember Debbie as a very caring person and it was no surprise to any of us that she followed in her mother's footsteps into the nursing field.  
My condolences to her family on her passing.  I will remember Debbie with fond memories.
