Marlene Lambert

February 6, 1939 - March 25, 2026.

With hearts full of gratitude and sorrow we bid a fond farewell to Marlene Francis Lambert (Volk), our beloved mother, Aunt, grandmother, great grandmother. She passed away peacefully at Mariposa House Hospice, Severn on March 25, 2026 at the age of 87. Marlene will be forever remembered by her remaining children Peter (Marsha) Lambert, Harry (Suzanne) Lambert, (Louise) Lambert, grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and a wide circle of friends. She has passed on to join her husband Thomas, son John, granddaughter Jenna along with other friends and family. Born to John and Proberta Volk and raised on the Burdett Alberta farm with predeceased brothers Garth and Lloyd. Married to Thomas Lambert in Brantford and moved to Orillia, On to raise their 3 children. She enjoyed crafts and activities with children over the years through various activities including Beavers, Cub Scouts and babysitting for friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited for Prayers at the Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home & Chapel, 96 West Street, Brantford, N3T 3E7 at 9:30 AM on Saturday April 11, 2026 with Pastor John Graham officiating. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground, Brantford.
