Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Tuesday, July 8th, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her dear husband John (1996) and cherished grandson Jeffrey (1994). Much loved mother of Marilyn and Art Fidler, Bill and Mary, Trish and Larry Kings, Ann and Steve Harrison, Cathy and Terry Witruk and Louise and Garry Matthews. Dearest grandmother of Paul and Anne Marie, Mark and Katharine, Jay and Robin, Devon and Angela, Marci and Kris, Alyson and Shaun, Karen and Conrad, Patrick and Tiffany, Brian, Ian and Nicole, John, A.J. and Sarah. Special great-grandmother of Amy, Lauren, Emerald, Tabitha, Josh, Ty, Eden, Eva, Edie, Ella, Abbey, James, Jaxon, Easton, Kayne, and Blake. Survived by sister-in-law Pearl Kelly and many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by Gertrude and Chuck Lynch, Bill and Pat Kelly, Jack Kelly, Marg and Max Rejdych, Catherine and Max Boughton. The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West Street, on Thursday, July 10th, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with Parish Prayers at 3:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Basil’s Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street, on Friday, July 11th, 2014 at 11am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
