Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday September 16, 2011 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Collins. Loving mother of Darcy, Ruth, Lucy, Barb, Paul and Brenda and will be fondly remembered by their families. Dear grandmother of Beverly and great-grandma of Brooklyn. Sister of Wilma Langel and Carol Doolittle, predeceased by William, Lorne, Frank, George, Darlene and twin sister Ruby. Sister-in-law of Elva Boyle of Waterdown, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel”, 96 West Street on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and Monday from 12:00 noon to 2 pm. Funeral Service in the chapel Monday September 19th at 2 pm. followed by cremation. Rev. Dale Renout will officiate.
