M. Ellen Lippy (Simodi) passed away on July 30th. She was born to Mary Knutson and Eugene Lippy on April 29, 1955. She loved her home in Bremerton she shared with her cats Safire and Dreamer and enjoyed gardening, playing games, camping, and most of all being a mom. She found her true calling as the Assistant Activities Director at Liberty Shores Assisted Living in Poulsbo. She had a natural ability to bring happiness, joy, and comfort to those around her. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Neil, Erik, Mark, Anita, and Nephew Dane. To carry on her memory are her daughter Mary Ellen, Son-in-law Chris, Granddaughters Madison and Pheobe, and siblings John, Mike, Scott, Marilyn, Denise, and Doris. Ellen had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed by those who loved her and whose lives she touched. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday September 17th at McClouds Grill House in Bremerton from 1-5pm.
