Leila M. Wisbey, 88 of Bremerton, died Saturday at Stafford Nursing Home of heart failure. She was born April 5, 1924, in Glendive, Mont., to Carl and Ester (Duell) Willot. She graduated from Yakima High School in 1942. On Nov. 8, 1942, she married Carol Wisbey of Yakima.
Mrs. Wisbey worked as a key punch operator with the Department of Defense until she retired to be a homemaker. She enjoyed embroidery, going to plays, and camping.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick Wisbey and his wife Sandy, of Bremerton and Michael Wisbey, of Las Vegas; a daughter, Kerry Allen and her husband Dennis, of Coupeville; seven grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Jennifer, Lance, Brandon, Kevin, Kyle and Alisha; 12 great-grandchildren, David, Kristine, Grayson, Layla, Bryce, Elli, Nicolas, Jordan, Austin, Alora, Jeffery, Kailey; brother, Robert Willlott of Yakima.
Her husband, Carol Wisbey, preceded her in death.
