Robert L. Carbaugh, of Silverdale, Washington, passed away Nov. 3, 2015. He was born Dec. 15, 1932 in Johnstown Pennsylvania. Born of Charles and Carrie Carbaugh, he is survived by his wife, Diane.
Robert was a very dedicated husband, an outdoorsman, kind, gentle and would help anyone in need. Private services will be held.
