Ausar Aeon Acham Peters was born on March 7th, 1994 in Washington, D.C. at Providence Hospital, to his parents Lenore Herantina Peters & Keith Dexter Preddie. He received his heavenly wings on Tuesday March 2nd, 2021, in San Diego California.
As a child, Ausar was very energetic and loved to dance and sing. He was educated in District of Columbia Public Schools. He started school at Whittier & West elementary and he prided himself in loving cars, skateboarding and Dragon Ball Z. His schoolmates would call him “Skateboard P”. Growing up in a Caribbean household, he would often be subjected to hearing his mother bawl his name “AUSAR!!” from their back porch to the steps of Coolidge High school. Ausar was also an excellent swimmer who participated in many tournaments.
After high school, he traveled to Los Angeles, California to further his education and pursue his musical career. Ausar was a great entertainer and performer; he composed his own lyrics and was on the verge of releasing his first full EP Album. He had a magical ability of bringing people together. He was loved by everyone he met and left a life lasting impression on all those whom he touched! In the past couple years Ausar developed a love for cooking various dishes and was happy to say that he was a “foodie”.
Ausar took faith in the Buddhist practice; he began chanting “Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo” alongside his mother. He always stood up for himself and lived by his own principles. Ausar was very inspirational and the most resourceful- always motivating all those around him. He was very loyal, especially to his friends and family. Passionate and headstrong- he was often a “leader”. He was the life of every party and always full of life. Ausar lived in the moment and was loved by many, many people.
Ausar had a liveliness that was unmatched, and his sense of humor was contagious. There are very few who could illuminate a room with their presence the way he did. He taught people how to live life and reach their potential no matter what. His resolve was unparalleled. His spirit, powerful and bright like a flaming sun, would engulf whomever it touched or even came close to! The world already seems a bit dimmer without his radiance. His fire will live on, burning brilliantly in the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have come across him.
Ausar leaves to cherish his memories; his mother Lenore Herantina Peters, his father Keith Dexter Preddie, his siblings Ayanna & Kwadjo, his “sister” niece Annaya, his grandfather Keith Preddie, his aunts: Joyce, Iona, Monica, Jennifer, Pamela, Yoland, Lavern, Robin, Ke-Maurelle, LaKeisha and His Uncles: Denzil, Darryl, Chris and Brent. But especially his beloved cousins: Elijah, Jeremiah, Aisha, Ryan, DeeDee, Christine, Christopher, Montez, Zurie and his closest friends: Daniel, Justin, Felix, Nitin, Anthony, Xavier; Randy and not to mention all of the life friends he made during his time in California ( Brandon, Harlem, Mamadu & Dutch).
