Of Washington, DC, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, after a lengthy illness at the age of 69. She was born February 9, 1949 in Bethel, NC. She is survived by daughters, Averi and Kendra. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eunice (Mullins) Roberts. Bernice was employed with DC Department of Health, Environmental Health Administration. A gathering will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8 until time of funeral service, 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
