A visitation for Charles will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1600 Morris Rd, SE, Washington, DC 20020. A burial will occur at 1:00 PM at Fort Lincoln Funeral Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, Maryland 20722.
