Elizabeth Cash

Elizabeth Cash was granted her angel wings on March 3, 2021. Her final days were spent surrounded by loving friends and staff of Inspire Rehabilitation & Health Center. At the tender age of 84 and after a courageous battle with cancer, loved ones will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Elizabeth was born on August 13,1936, in Morven Township, North Carolina to Fleetwood and Gaddy Cash.

Her interests and comforts included playing cards, shopping, going to the casino, playing bingo with friends, gardening, and traveling. Elizabeth devoted much of her time and energy as a devoted Housekeeper and Nanny to affluent families throughout Georgetown.

Elizabeth is survived by her grandchildren, Calvin Buxton, and Mario Cash; great-grandchildren, Imani Buxton, Alejandro Buxton, and Valentina Buxton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son George Edward William Cash; Mother, Mary Gaddy; Father, Fleetwood Cash; two Sisters Olab Baucom, and Odessa Ratliff; one brother, Troy Cash; and one daughter-in-law, Daniel Cash.
