Gerard was educated in the PG County School system and graduated from Parkdale High School.
He attended the Art Institute of Washington in Arlington, VA to pursue a career in Graphic Design.
He was ambitious and career driven. He had interests in building computers, financial investments graphic design, and car mechanics. His last place of employment was Home Fix as a customer service representative.
He was a devoted father who enjoyed spending time with his family and was excited about the birth of his twin grandsons.
Gerard leaves to cherish his memory his mother Doneva Jones and father Russell Jones; siblings Raschell Jones, Kaprice Brewer, Marcus Jones; children Gershawn Jones and Jamonee Jones, and twin grandsons Tyson Jones and Tyshawn Jones and a host of relatives and friends.
