She is survived by her loving children Lloyd, Clyde, Basil and Melva, devoted siblings Dorothy, Allan, Shirley (Pearl), Milton (Popsy), son-in-law Rudyard, daughter-in-law Patricia, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, cherished friend, Ms. Coley and a host of other relatives and friends.
She lived a long, fulfilled, and happy life, devoted to God, serving others, traveling, singing in the church choir, and caring for her family.
The funeral service will be held on July 18, 2024. Viewing at 10 am until service at 11 am at Metropolitan Seventh-day Adventist Church – 6307 Riggs Road, Hyattsville, MD 20783. Interment follows at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722.
