Louise was a native of Camden, South Carolina and was born to the late Robert Springs Sr. and Georgianna Darby Springs. She was the middle child between two other siblings Cleo B. Smith and Robert Springs II.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a beloved and devoted daughter Patsy LaVerne Austin, granddaughter Tiffany Nichole Lucas and great-granddaughter Zaria Renee Lucas. One sister-in-law Agnes Ford (Francis), many nieces and nephews, devoted friends Cyrus and Renee Stroman and a host of other relatives and friends."
A visitation for Louise will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at First Baptst Church of Marshall Heights, 4934 B St SE, Washington, DC 20019. A celebration of life will occur Friday, May 5, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 4934 B St SE, Washington, DC 20019. An interment will occur Friday, May 5, 2023 at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, Maryland 20722.
