Michael Anthony Frost Jr. was born on December 8, 1990, in Washington, DC. He received his education at Northwestern High School and graduated in 2009. Michael was employed with Tropical Nut and Fruit in Upper Marlboro, Maryland as an Order Puller. He worked four years part-time then twelve years full-time.
Michael was a preemie baby with a head full of hair. He has always been a happy child and never gave any problems to his parents. He loved celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas and especially family gatherings. Michael was a humble man.
Michael icons were Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers and Malcolm X. He was excited when his grandparents took the entire family to Atlanta, Georgia to see Martin Luther King Jr’s home and church.
Michael’s hobbies included his love for music, playing his grandfather’s guitar, and basketball. He loved taking pictures and going to the casino with his mother. The funny part is when Michael went to the casino with his grandparents, he pulled the slot machine with his grandmother and won.
On July 12, 2025, the Lord call Michael home. Although we mourn his passing we know God called his angel home. He was preceded in death by his father Michael A. Frost Sr., his grandfather Jerome A. Frost Sr. and his grandmothers Carrie B. Frost and Norma J. Barnes.
He leaves behind his mother Regina Frost, his uncle Milton D. Barnes (Cathy), his two Aunts Debra Johnson and Clementine “Tina” Barnes, his Godmother Cheryl Larry and a host of cousins, family and friends.
