Phillip Leonard Marcellino

Phil was born and raised in Washington, DC with his brothers and sisters Vincent, Kay (deceased), Tommy, Bob and Mary. He had 4 children Phillip (deceased), Elizabeth, Billy and Christine. He was also beloved by his ex-wife Betty. He worked as an electrician out of IBEW Local #26 for 50 years when he retired. We remember him for his great hummer and teachings. We all love you "Pappy". Rest in Peace.
