

Mr. Williams was born in Washington, D.C. on March 9, 1956, to Samuel and Ruth Williams. He grew up in Washington, D. C. and attended Dunbar High School. In his youth, he attended Howard University School of Fine Arts for his artistic talents. He was presented a placket from Robert Flack for his painting of her, Isaac Hayes, and other artists.
Forty years as an entrepreneur, he established a gift for artistry and curated antiques that propelled an opportunity for others to purchase his findings. Reginald was well known throughout the Metropolitan area as the king of the Flea Market. He was a man of many hats that touched the lives of individuals of previous employment such as: Washington Post, Elections Precinct 77, Ward 5 and Frito-Lay.
Reginald Orlando Williams was always jovial, willing to give a helping hand and always took time to listen. He was always there when you needed him. He loved his art and antiques. He traveled throughout the US selling his unique assortment of exquisiteness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Ruth Williams and a brother-in-law, Willard Michael Curseen. He is survived by his sister, Charlene Curseen; two brothers, Samuel Williams and Michael Williams (Companion Martha); two nephews, Juan Galla and Rodney Williams (Denise); a niece, Moricka Williams; tthree great-nieces, Latoya Lynch, Lajuan Galla and Jasmine Middlebrooks (Emmanuel); a great-nephew, Juan Galla, Jr; a great-great-nephew, Jayden Galla; a great-great niece, Imani Middlebrooks; a cousin, Vanessa Stokes; a host of other family and friends.
