Warren (Boo) was educated in the DC Public School system. He worked in different areas in the DC area. He met his wife Tonya Jones in the 90”s and married the love of his life November 12, 2015 and they remained married until his passing.
Warren is survived by his wife Tonya Jones, his children Warren Waters, Dominique Jones, Brittany Britt (Anthony Britt) Diamond Waters, Deneen Gomillion (Tyrone Gomillion) Misty Frazier, Steffon Frazier and Shantae Frazier. 3 brothers Anthony Jones, Paul Jones, James Jones (Chrystal Jones) 2 sisters Antoinette Jones-Sedwick (Alexis Sedwick) Dorthy Brown. 13 grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews. He proceeded in death his mom and dad, son Damon Waters, sister Anna Jones, brother David Jones.
He also leaves his brother in life John Jones (Jay) and a host of friends and family.
