Sally Gaines Krantz

Sally was born April 15, 1966 at Atlanta, Georgia to Orville William and Sally (Frost) Gaines. She received her education in Atlanta, graduating from high school in 1984. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated from Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff on May 15, 2010 with a Practical Nurse Diploma. Sally married Jeff Kramer and to this union a daughter, Courtney was born. The couple later divorced. Sally later married Ken Krantz and to this union, two sons were born: Kalen and Kobie. Sally and Ken divorced.

Sally’s past employment was at Village Garden Center, Target, K-Mart, and the Bayard grocery store. Most recently she worked as an LPN at Chimney Rock Villa.  Sally attended the Bayard Church of Christ. She loved spending time with her family and friends and attending her boys’ activities.

Sally is survived by her daughter Courtney Kramer; sons Kalen and Kobie Krantz of Bayard; her loyal sidekick “Beau”; sister Mary Grace Gaines (Tom) Bowen of Atlanta, GA; brother Marshall Marion Gaines of Atlanta, GA; other family includes Robert and Dorothy Krantz and Tom and Jane Gabel all of Scottsbluff; Brenda Krantz, Kyler Krantz (Brodie and their son Kaleb), Kody Krantz (Chellani Parriott); Mick and Lisa Krantz of Littleton, CO and their family Rachel, Jake and Whitney; Wally Krantz (Cynthia Ruzicka and Sophina Sinks), Kevin and Kathy and their daughter Arrisa Gabel and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
