Charlotte L. Larson, a beacon of love and generosity, passed away on March 11, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to have felt her embrace. Born on February 15, 1943, Charlotte's journey through life was marked by a steadfast devotion to her family, a passion for creativity, and a heart that overflowed with thoughtfulness for everyone she met.
Charlotte was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven by her loving parents Arthur and Arvilla Miller and her grandson Randy Larson.
As a mother, Charlotte was nothing short of extraordinary. Her sons, Robert (Moose) Larson and Ron (Lois) Larson, were the apples of her eye, and she raised them with a blend of gentle guidance and unwavering support. Her love only multiplied with the arrival of her grandchildren, Randy Larson--her welcoming angel, Nichole (Ryan) Larson and Stephanie (Kyle) Roberts, for whom she was not only a grandmother but also a confidant, mentor, and cheerleader. The birth of her great-grandchild, Henry Seefeldt, brought her the esteemed title of "GG," a role she embraced with every fiber of her being.
Charlotte was a true friend, always willing to offer love and support in any way that she could to help lighten the burden of others. She cherished her friendships and her relationship with Jim Woods, whose companionship brought her immeasurable joy and comfort. She treasured her family above all else and was known for her heartfelt ‘Midwest goodbyes’ often saying, “love you bunches & love you more.”
Her interests were a reflection of her vibrant spirit. Charlotte was an artist at heart, her hands skillful in the delicate craft of painting ceramics. She found solace and satisfaction in every stroke of the brush, immortalizing her perspective of beauty onto each piece she touched. A master of the card table, she relished the camaraderie and friendly competition that came with a good game of cards or cribbage, always ready to share a laugh and create memories with her friends.
To know Charlotte was to know the true meaning of love, to witness generosity in its purest form, and to understand what it means to be thoughtful to the core. Her light will continue to shine brightly through the lives of those she touched, and her spirit will live on, guiding us to be the best versions of ourselves.
As we celebrate the remarkable life of Charlotte L. Larson, let us carry her legacy forward by living each day with the same loving intent and generous spirit that she embodied. Let us paint the canvas of our lives with bright colors of joy and kindness, just as she did, creating a masterpiece that would make her proud. Her journey on earth may have concluded, but her influence remains, a timeless treasure that will continue to inspire generations to come.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff of Angel’s Grace Hospice for their care and dedication to honoring Charlotte in her final days. You all showed so much respect, compassion, and truly went above and beyond, which helped give us all an immeasurable amount of relief and peace.
