Joseph Anton Michuda

Born to Eternal Life Sunday December 29, 2013 age 93. Beloved husband for 65 years of the late Dolores G. “Dee” (nee Guzman). Loving father of Jolene (William) Mitchell and William (Elizabeth) Michuda. Dear grandfather of Jennifer (Michael) Rodgers, Brode (Jennifer) Mitchell, Elizabeth Michuda and Matthew Michuda. Proud great-grandfather of Landon, Aiden and Jake, with a 4th great-grandson’s arrival expected any day. Further survived by his sister-in-law Jayne Baker, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am on Monday January 6, 2014 at St. Anne’s Home for the Elderly Chapel, 3800 N. 92nd St., Milwaukee, WI 53222. Entombment with Military Honors at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow. Joe was a recent Honor Flight participant and proud WW II USMC veteran, who served in the 2nd Marine Div. He also served the City of Milwaukee as a Police Officer and retired with over 45 years of service. Joe also volunteered at St. Anne’s prior to becoming a resident there. Memorials to St. Anne’s Home for the Elderly, appreciated. The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday at St. Anne's Home for the Elderly Chapel from 9-10 am.
