Grandma, you always set the perfect example of what a good Christian woman should be. Thank you for all your love and for never giving up on me. I love you. I will always miss you.

Dear Grandma, you made the best strawberry schaum torte ever. You could finish the toughest crossword puzzles on your own before there was such a thing as Google. You never forgot my birthday. You always kept me in your prayers. You encouraged me to be a pastor. You were a tremendous example of faith, love, and joy. I thank God for you and your faith in Jesus as your Savior! See you again in heaven.

Gail and I were very sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing.  She always remembered us with a Christmas card, even though we had not spoken in many years, she was a special lady.
