Ronald A. Drewek

Of Arcadia, WI, and formerly of Wauwatosa, WI, was born to eternal life on Sunday, December 12, 2010, at the age of 76, at Franciscan-Skemp Healthcare, Arcadia Hospital. Ronnie married Doris Jane Balke on July 3, 1954, at St. Casimir's Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI. Ronnie worked for and retired from Allis Chalmers after 40 1/2 years. He was a member of Local 248 U.A.W., and served as a past President. Ronnie was also a member of their retired chapter. Ronald is the beloved husband of Doris Jane (nee Balke) Drewek, of Arcadia for 56 years. Proud dad of Cynthia (Joseph) Gill of Arcadia; and loving grandfather of Candyce Lyn Becker and her fiancé Jason Gamroth of Independence. He is also survived by a sister Mary Honrath, of Pewaukee, WI and her four children, Mary Anne, James, William, and Joey; a sister, Pat (Ron) Savaughau, of Muskego, WI; and a sister, Sister Alice Drewek, OSK, of Wheaton, IL. Ronnie is also survived by other relatives and friends, and lots of "cousins". He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Agnes Drewek, and a sister, Clarita. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 17, 2010, at Our Lady of Divine Providence St. Casimir's Site, 924 E. Clarke Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212, with Father Michael Michalski officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to the time of service at the church. Wozney-Killian Funeral Home, Arcadia, WI and Schramka Funeral Home, Milwaukee, WI are assisting the family with arrangements.
