Anita S. Coan

Anita S. (Seidel) Coan, of Colorado Springs, CO, formerly of Brookline, on Friday, November 21, 2014. Loving mother of Stephen Coan and his partner, Susan Dubuske of West Roxbury, Suzanne Sedaghatpour of Wellesley, and Ellen Haskins and her husband Thomas of CO. Cherished Nana of Jennifer Cohen and her husband Scheraq, Jonathan Cohen and his wife Hannah, Jack Haskins, Hunter Haskins, Nicole Haskins and her husband Adam and their son Hudson, Aley Dawson and her husband Andrew, Austin Sedaghatpour and Ashleigh Sedaghatpour. Born the daughter of the late Jacob and Olga Seidel. Anita graduated from University of Miami in 1950 and received her Master’s Degree from Boston University. She retired from the Beth Israel Hospital in 1997. Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10:00am. Burial in Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. Memorial observance to be announced.
