Fortunee (nee Douek) Habif (Mazal bat Zakeya Sarra) of Brookline, entered into rest on November 25, 2023 at the age of 95. Dear wife of the late Albert Nessim Habif. Devoted mother of Nessim Habif and Ezra & Amanda Habif. Loving sibling of Sophie Wiener, Henri Douek, Rahamim Douek, Charles Douek, Maurice Douek, Marcelle Hamaoui, Albert Douek & Allegra Hornstein. Cherished grandmother of Alex Habif & Talia Schwartz and Jess & Chelsea Habif. Beloved great-grandmother of Sophie Esther Habif.
Services will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 12:30pm at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA followed by a graveyard service at the Beth El Cemetery, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury, MA.
A Memorial service will then be held at the Sephardic Community of Greater Boston, 74 Corey Road, Boston, MA 02135, immediately following the burial.
