Glenna B. Rubin

Glenna Rubin (Bass), of Brookline, 92, passed away peacefully on May 30th, 2025, in Tampa, FL.

Beloved daughter of the late Eva and Nathan Bass, Glenna was the devoted wife of the late Robert Rubin. She and Robert lived and travelled all around the world before settling down in Tampa FL. They were married for a wonderful 48 years before Robert passed away from cancer in 2002.

She was a force of nature who lived a long, vibrant and fulfilling life. Proudly independent and intelligent, Glenna inspired those around her with her strength, warmth, and spirit. Glenna loved her family deeply, adored her dachshund dogs, and was immensely proud of her career as a real estate agent, a job she had that she excelled at. She has left an indelible mark on everyone she met and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her son Mark and Daughter-in-Law Thaisa, her daughter Pamela and her treasured grandchildren Breanna, Miles, and Oliver.

A graveside service will be held at Beit Olam Cemetery, 60 Old Sudbury Road, Wayland, MA, on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Glenna’s memory.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
