Hannah Rosalie (Zahler) Heitmann, of Brockton, MA, formerly of Sharon, MA and Westerly, RI passed away on Friday, February 24, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Frederick W. Heitmann. Devoted mother of Elayne (Heitmann) Shamitz of Boston, MA, Wayne Heitmann of Athol, MA, Michael Heitmann of Las Vegas, NV. and Denise Heitmann of Charlestown, RI. Sister of Jacob Zahler of Sedona, Arizona. She enjoyed traveling the country with her husband. She loved knitting, camping, reading, writing and enjoyed making friends. Her children and all the grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren were her life. She was blessed with many. She will be missed by all who knew her. Services at the Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA on Monday, February 27 at 11:30am. Interment at the Chevra Mishnias Cemetery, Washington Street, Woburn, MA. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
