Howard worked for the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources for most of his career, helping to advance the state's energy efficiency and renewable energy policies. He loved laughter, music, and good food, was passionate about the environment and climate, and cared deeply for people.
A Funeral Service will be held at Congregation Beth El, 105 Hudson Rd., Sudbury, on Friday, December 1st at 1:00PM. Interment to follow at Beit Olam East Cemetery, Wayland
