Cherished grandmother of Amy & Sarah Bloom, Debbie Merwitz and Jeffrey, Michael & Daniel Blocker and great grandmother of Mia & Adam Blocker, Ally, Brooke & Carly Merwitz and Caeli & Brigid Blocker. Dear sister of Shephard Cortell of Lewiston Maine and the late Marion Schaen, Dorothy Jacobson and Ruth Medine. Sister-in-law of Bernard Bloom of Weston. Services at the Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline, on Sunday December 23 at 11:00AM. Burial to follow at Temple Emanuel Memorial Park, North Street, Randolph. Memorial observance at the home of Ellen & Richard Blocker, 10 Nouvell Way, Unit 413 South, Natick on Sunday following the interment through 9:00pm, Monday 7-9pm and Tuesday 7-9pm.
