

Jason Paul Hochberg, 92, of Framingham, formerly of Newton, MA, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on September 26, 1932, in Boston, MA, Jason was the beloved son of Nathaniel and Ruth Hochberg. He was a proud graduate of Northeastern University (Class of 1963) and a dedicated U.S. Army veteran who honorably served his country during the Korean War.
A devoted member of his community, Jay served on the board of Temple Beth Avodah in Newton and was actively involved in the Oak Hill Park neighborhood.
He was also a long-term and active member of Freemasonry for over 60 years.
Jay is survived by his beloved wife, Paula; his children, Mark and Karen Hochberg, Brad Hochberg, Dana Hochberg; and his cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, Bryan, Adam, Samantha, Jackson, Fischer, and Luca. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Sandra Levy, and his first wife, Harian Hochberg.
The graveside service will be held on March 16 at 10:45 a.m. at Sharon Memorial Park in Sharon, Massachusetts.
Shiva will be observed at the family home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a service beginning at 7:30pm from March 16 to March 18.

Jay will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family.
