Jeanne B. Rudnick

Jeanne B. (Park) Rudnick, formerly of Newton and Vineyard Haven, on Friday, August 19, 2016 at age 87. Beloved and devoted wife of the late Burton D. Rudnick. Loving mother of Leslee A. Rudnick & her husband Gil Lepler, Debra S. Arippol, Andrew B. Rudnick and Ruth I. Rudnick. Cherished grandmother of Maurice Arippol. Dear sister of the late Bernice Roth & her surviving husband Robert of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Jeanne attended Pine Manor College in her 60s and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in 1994. She was an active resident at Lasell Village for 15 years and helped to develop curriculum there. Jeanne was a student of Rabbi Arthur Green. She was an active fundraiser for many causes, including Boston Aid to the Blind, Israeli Bonds, League School of Boston, and Hebrew College. She was a kind person and a friend to many.

Services at Congregation Kehillath Israel, 384 Harvard Street, Brookline on Monday, August 22 at 11:00am. Interment at Adath Jershurun Cemetery, 350 Grove Street, West Roxbury. Following the interment, memorial observance will be at the home of James & Leslie Withall through 8pm, continuing Tuesday and Wednesday from 7-9pm.
