Linda Tunis

Tunis, Linda (Klein), of Santa Rosa, CA, Leesburg and West Palm Beach, FL, and Boston, MA passed away on October 9, 2017. Mother of Jessica Barbara Tunis of Santa Rosa, CA, and Robert Stewart Tunis of Milton, GA. Grandmother of Hunter Williams Tunis and Harper Rose Tunis. Sister of Debra Silverman. Former wife of the late Edward Bernard Tunis.

Linda grew up in Brookline, MA and graduated from Brookline High School in 1966. She worked as a registered health information technician in medical records for over thirty years, and she worked at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2001 until her retirement in 2013.

In 2011, Linda moved from the Brighton section of Boston to Leesburg, Florida and later to West Palm Beach. In January 2017, Linda moved to Santa Rosa, CA to be near her daughter.

Linda enjoyed many activities, including playing bingo, going to the beach / pool, going to the theater, attending concerts and traveling.

Services at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA on Sunday, Oct 29th at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's memory may be made to the Redwood Credit Union 2017 North Bay Fire Relief Fund.
