

Dr. Milton Aaron Weiner died peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Whitney Place Assisted Living on Sunday, March 15, 2026. He was born on October 24, 1938 to the late Mary & Nathan Weiner, and was the younger brother of the late Dr. Reuben Weiner. Milton was a native of Ithaca NY. He also lived in Cambridge, Paxton, Worcester, and Marion Massachusetts, and Fort Myers, Florida.
Dr. Weiner received his undergraduate degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York Update Medical Center at Syracuse in 1964 where he was a member of the Alpha Omega National Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Weiner spent his career as a Radiologist at St. Vincent's Hospital where he was a founding partner of a private practice. He was also an instructor in radiology at the Harvard Medical College and on the staff at Massachusetts General Hospital specializing in neuro-radiology.
Milton was a life-long lover of tennis and jogging, and loved watching a "home-team" ball game, especially the Red Sox and the Celtics. He played tennis, basketball, football, and ran cross country track in high school. At MIT he was a member of the Pi Lambda Phi fraternity.
Milton is survived by his former wife Virginia Weiner; their children, Lisa Weiner of Marion, MA, Nicole (Brian) Weiner Duran of Medford, MA, and Melissa (Nathaniel) August of Hopkinton, MA; and his six grandchildren, Hayden, Kendal, Camryn, and Ryland August, and Noam and Ezra Weiner Duran.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 17 at 10am, at 470 Harvard St in Brookline. Burial will follow at Beit Olam East Cemetery in Wayland, MA. Shiva will be observed on Sunday, March 22 in Hopkinton, MA.
