Peggy Ann "Peg" "The Smiling Lady" Resnik Fox

Mrs. Fox was the daughter of the late Louis and Sadie (Aronovitz) Resnik. She married Louis Fox in Newton, MA in 1958. They were married for nearly 30 years until his untimely death in 1987. Peggy was an adored and adoring, devoted mother and grandmother. She leaves her children David & Greta Fox of Brookline, Russell Fox of Brooklyn, NY and Tracey & George Zaris of the United Kingdom. She also leaves 4 grandchildren; Joshua & Lauren Fox and Anabelle & Louis Zaris. Peggy was the loving sister of the late William and Ruth Resnik. Known as Peg, or the Smiling Lady, Peggy always had a kind word for everyone and was dearly loved by all. She was born and raised in Swampscott and remained there most of her life. She attended Swampscott High School where she graduated in 1954. She was a member of the Sigma Beta Phi Sorority and went on to attend Chandler's secretarial school. After college, Peggy worked at the Joslin Clinic in Boston and years later worked for Dr. Alan Diamond in Lynn, MA. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 5th, 2012 at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery, Lynn. Shiva at the home of David & Greta Fox following the burial through Friday noon. Please omit flowers. Remembrances may be made to the Vasculitis Foundation, P.O.
