Rubin Kirzner, of Hyannis, formerly of Brookline on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the remarkable age of 102.
Beloved and devoted husband of Bela (Swaicer) for 74 years. Devoted father of Ruth Kirzner (Andy Post), Alan Kirzner and Audrey (Michael Syatt). Loving grandfather of Alexander and Zachary. Rubin’s parents and siblings were killed in the Holocaust except for his predeceased brother Jerry Slivka. Rubin is mourned and deeply missed by his nieces and nephews here and in Israel as well as many cousins and friends.
Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Friday, January 17, at 12:30pm. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
Memorial observance at the home of Audrey and Michael Syatt, immediately following the burial through 7pm and continuing on Saturday 6-8pm.
