With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Antonina Coffaro, who left this world at the age of 94 — on her beloved husband’s birthday.
Antonina was the true heart of our family. Loving, sweet, and endlessly kind, she dedicated her life to caring for those around her. She was a proud mother of six children — Domenick, Elizabeth, John, Josephine, Rosemarie, and Catherine — and her greatest joy was the beautiful family she built and nurtured.
She was the cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense pride and happiness, and a loving great-grandmother whose legacy will continue for generations to come.
She created a warm and welcoming home where our family gatherings were filled with laughter, love, and the aroma of her cooking. She found happiness in the simple but meaningful things — spending time with our family, taking trips to Atlantic City that brought her so much joy, and playing bingo.
Antonina and her husband, Giovanni, worked hard together, building a life rooted in dedication and deep love for our family. She lovingly supported him in his work as a tailor. Giovanni was our beloved father and her devoted husband, and she stood faithfully by his side until she lost him 26 years ago.
She cherished her friendships at church and will be remembered for her warmth and gentle spirit.
Her legacy is one of unconditional love, strength, and devotion. The values she instilled and the traditions she created will live on in the generations she so beautifully raised.
She will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts. 🤍
