Dominic Vincent Croce

Dominic V. Croce, 88, from Brooklyn, NY passed away peacefully on February 17, 2025. A proud and dedicated Police Officer of the NYPD, Dominic spent his life serving and protecting his community with honor and integrity.

Beyond his service, he was a man of wisdom, humor, and storytelling. He had a deep love for books and could captivate any room with his quick wit and unforgettable stories. His sharp sense of humor and warm presence brought joy to those around him, leaving lasting memories with family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Dominic is survived by his son, Vincent Croce, and his wife, Donna Croce; his stepdaughters, Lalena Berk (Matthew Baker) and Rhea Berk-Farha; and his beloved grandchildren, Melissa Hohmann (husband: Matthew), Edward, Dominic, and Matthew Berk, Violet Guzman, and Joey Berk (wife: Lauren). He was also blessed with great-grandchildren Vienna, Sophia, and Estella, who will grow up hearing stories of his love and laughter.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marie Croce, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and memories.

Dominic's legacy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, who will forever cherish the laughter and love he shared. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A visitation for Dominic will be held Thursday, February 20th, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cusimano & Russo Funeral Home, 2005 West 6th St. Brooklyn, NY 11223. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe RCC.

. A burial will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Greenwood Cemetery, 500 25th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
